What you will do
- Provide first-line technical support through ticketing systems, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT asset inventory.
- Support IT onboarding and offboarding by preparing accounts and hardware.
- Process sales administrative requests such as deal splits and supplier forms.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Onboarding, and Finance to streamline system processes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
- Must be based in Barcelona for on-site work.
- English: Proficient (B2) for work purposes.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
