What you will do

  • Provide first-line technical support through ticketing systems, email, or in person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT asset inventory.
  • Support IT onboarding and offboarding by preparing accounts and hardware.
  • Process sales administrative requests such as deal splits and supplier forms.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Onboarding, and Finance to streamline system processes.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support.
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
  • Must be based in Barcelona for on-site work.
  • English: Proficient (B2) for work purposes.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
