What you will do
- Solve real-world business challenges and contribute to company growth from day one.
- Undergo intensive onboarding and training in global commercial strategies and business development toolkit.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and take ownership of high-impact projects.
- Collaborate with regional leaders and present strategic initiatives directly to the C-Suite.
- Manage client relationships and represent the company at European industry events.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Hamburg, Germany
- Finalizing a BSc degree in Business, Science, Technology, or Mathematics.
- English: C1 (Excellent communication style) required
- Prior relevant experience in consulting, tech startups, or fast-paced innovative environments.
- Analytical mindset and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
- Digital native with a strong interest in learning new technologies.
