What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end paid media strategy across a portfolio of B2B technology clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Paid Media team, including PPC Strategists and Executives.
  • Oversee campaign planning, budget allocation, QA, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Build and maintain SOPs to ensure consistent delivery and high performance.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure cross-channel commercial effectiveness.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and growth strategy by positioning the agency as a performance partner.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Submission of a 3–5 minute Loom video cover letter is required for consideration.
  • Significant experience leading paid media strategy across both Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • Proven track record in managing and mentoring high-performing paid media teams.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, attribution, and connecting paid activity to business growth.
  • Comfortable working in a self-managed, remote-first environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with DV360, StackAdapt, Native, DOOH, or Audio platforms.
  • Background in B2B or tech-sector paid media.
  • Agency experience or in-house experience with agency-style pace.
  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies within paid media.
