SAP Business One Application Manager

What you will do

• Take operational responsibility for SAP Business One and its connected system landscape.
• Ensure stable ERP operations in daily business and monitor data interfaces between SAP Business One and connected systems.
• Perform SQL-based root cause analysis for data inconsistencies and investigate database- and process-level issues.
• Analyze interface errors by validating data flows and cross-system logic.
• Collaborate with IT and Development teams and document data models, system relationships, and processes.
• Support system optimizations, testing, and rollouts.

Requirements

• Practical operational experience with SAP Business One.
• 3–5 years of relevant ERP experience.
• Strong SQL skills, including JOINs, complex SELECT statements, data analysis, and error identification.
• Understanding of data models, data flows, cross-system processes, interfaces, and common integration errors.
• Structured, analytical, and self-driven working style.
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• API and REST knowledge.
• Experience in wholesale or e-commerce environments.
• Basic knowledge of Azure or Linux.
• Experience with ERP projects such as migrations, enhancements, or optimizations.
