Technical Manager - Internal Database

What you will do

• Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the internal database environment and related applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly technical solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders, IT, and software development teams.
• Lead database, digitalization, automation, implementation, and rollout projects.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and data-driven tools using Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and related technologies.
• Design data integrations, APIs, automated workflows, and process improvements, including AI-supported development tools.
• Advise and train users on system functionality, data management, best practices, and decision-support analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in database management, business systems, application development, process automation, data analytics, or a related area.
• Strong data modelling, database administration, data management, application architecture, and software development knowledge.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development, low-code platforms, business applications, and database environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power BI, Power Automate, and/or Power Apps, plus advanced Excel and Power Query skills.
• Experience with requirements analysis, functional specifications, system configuration, user management, testing, implementation, and system enhancements.
