Senior ERP Consultant – Finance (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Remote position based in Germany, with occasional on-site collaboration at offices in Berlin or Cologne. Up to 20 work-from-home days per year may be taken anywhere in the EU.

What you will do

• Own ERP modules and strategic initiatives supporting the evolution of finance systems.
• Design and optimize ERP data models, integrations, and end-to-end data flows across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX 2009.
• Advise business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors on ERP architecture and process design.
• Lead smaller initiatives, review deliverables, and mentor colleagues.
• Analyze business processes and implement best-practice ERP improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting or enterprise IT, with expertise in complex finance ERP environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integrations, solution architecture, finance ERP modules, and data flows.
• Ability to combine technical leadership with business understanding.
• Confident English communication and willingness to share expertise across teams.
