Head of ERP Tech - Strategic Orchestration & Vision (SAP)

What you will do

• Align O2C, R2R, P2P, MDM, and Reporting workstreams around a unified strategy and company-wide KPIs.
• Bridge executive leadership and functional teams to direct investments toward high-impact areas.
• Standardize shared responsibilities, sprint management, UAT practices, and developer coordination.
• Lead and develop functional expert teams while fostering ownership, accountability, and high-performance execution.
• Oversee SAP environment health, compliance, upgrades, migrations, and Clean Core initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, including significant Run and Optimize lifecycle experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end integration across O2C, R2R, and P2P, including resolving cross-module friction points.
• Experience maintaining standard SAP environments while managing enhancements and patches without compromising scalability.
• Experience managing multi-domain roadmaps across maintenance, compliance, and business innovation.
• Ability to translate Finance and Accounting requirements into technical SAP solutions.
• Experience with Agile or DevOps frameworks and leading Functional Product Managers, MDM experts, and Data Analysts.
