What you will do

  • Lead a team of 20+ media practitioners across multiple disciplines and markets.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Airbnb, influencing marketing strategy and driving innovation.
  • Orchestrate regional-to-local execution, ensuring consistency while allowing for local nuance.
  • Manage risks, opportunities, and client satisfaction across all media channels.
  • Foster collaboration between data, ad operations, planning, and creative teams.
  • Drive the innovation agenda, including AI-driven initiatives, social, programmatic, and creator ecosystems.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
  • Deep digital expertise in strategic planning and execution across social, programmatic, and other channels.
  • Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams (50+).
  • Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior client leadership.
  • Experience scaling campaigns globally and coordinating across diverse markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI or automation into media workflows.
