What you will do

• Own the strategic direction for high-profile commerce accounts from brief intake to creative execution.
• Write insightful creative briefs that translate complex consumer behaviors into actionable solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with mid-to-senior level clients.
• Contribute to new business pitches and identify opportunities for agency revenue growth.
• Manage and mentor junior strategists to ensure high-quality strategic output.
• Use data and effectiveness thinking to build measurable business impact into creative campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a strategist in an integrated creative, CX, or commerce agency.
• Deep fluency in comms and retail channel planning across mass media, social, and digital.
• Demonstrable experience in managing and developing junior staff.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build effectiveness cases from data.
• Must be based in London or able to work from the office 4 days per week.
• Appetite for AI tools and curiosity about their application in strategic practice.
