What you will do

• Deliver advisory, project leadership, and implementation support for the SFCM platform, primarily for clients in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Support clients in establishing Securities Borrowing & Lending (SBL) businesses from the ground up.
• Assess current-state front-to-back processes to design Target Operating Models (TOMs).
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional SFCM solutions.
• Configure and support the SFCM platform across trade lifecycles, collateral, and reporting.
• Manage SIT/UAT testing, Go-Live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in Securities Financing (SBL, Repo, or Collateral Management).
• Proven experience in consulting, business analysis, or system implementation roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of hirify.global SFCM, Equilend, or Pirum.
• Solid understanding of front-to-back securities finance workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication capabilities.
• Must be based in London for onsite work

Nice to have

• Experience supporting greenfield or market-setup initiatives.
• Exposure to KSA or Middle East financial markets and regulations.
