What you will do

• Define enterprise data strategies and governance frameworks aligned with business growth objectives.
• Develop phased, executable roadmaps for semantic layers, unified customer IDs, and decisioning engines.
• Integrate Data & AI, including GenAI and agentic systems, into broader business transformation and operating model redesigns.
• Contribute to commercial growth by shaping proposals, RFP responses, and executive investment narratives.
• Mentor Data & AI consultants and managers while evolving internal methodologies and assets.
• Translate innovation in AI and advanced analytics into practical, enterprise-ready use cases.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics transformation, or technology consulting within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of leading comprehensive data-led transformation programs.
• Strong fluency in enterprise data platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, or Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience integrating data platforms within marketing and CRM ecosystems (CDP, automation platforms).
• Ability to operate confidently across executive strategy, technical fluency, and commercial delivery.
