What you will do

• Manage the service desk and act as the primary client interface during office hours.
• Handle financial administration, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
• Oversee contract management, vendor onboarding, and administrative compliance.
• Support the site projects team with documentation, work proposals, and scope management.
• Conduct monthly inspections, waste management, and HSE observations.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including badge access and staff onboarding.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in planning and process management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in London.
