Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of a forward-thinking social media strategy to grow brand presence and deepen engagement.
- Create high-impact visual, written, and video content tailored to diverse audiences across all programs.
- Manage SEO, SEM, and Paid Search (PPC) campaigns to increase client volumes and CTR.
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Utilize Google Analytics and Search Console to refine strategy, optimize performance, and report on outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to amplify organizational priorities and stories.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in managing SEO, SEM, and Paid Search (PPC).
- Technical proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and website analysis tools.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information into engaging messages.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, or other web CMS systems.
Nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency.
- Experience within the Social Service sector.
- Experience with SharePoint.
