What you will do

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-Level and senior stakeholders at financial services clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for decisioning, analytics, and optimization platforms.
  • Formulate and position solution proposals in collaboration with sales consulting and professional services teams.
  • Develop comprehensive client business plans and manage complex deal negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage a pipeline within a defined territory.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship growth through high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of related enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with C-Level and senior business executives.
  • Demonstrated success in structuring and selling complex enterprise solutions to financial services clients.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-50% of the business week.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or science-based discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in analytics or optimization markets with major vendors like SAS, IBM, Experian, or Gurobi.
  • Background in major consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, or Oliver Wyman.
  • Technical background combined with business expertise in banking, insurance, or telecommunications.
