Enterprise Account Executive (Climate Fintech): Scaling unified climate action by connecting Fortune 500 companies to environmental projects with an accent on category creation in the APAC region. Location: Hybrid (Singapore)
Compensation: Estimated OTE $200K – $300K (SF based benchmark)

What you will do
- Build and own a qualified enterprise pipeline across APAC through disciplined prospecting and strategic outreach.
- Lead multi-threaded deals with large enterprises and Japanese trading houses (sōgō shōsha), navigating complex buying committees.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on voluntary and compliance carbon markets and corporate climate claims.
- Collaborate with the APAC GM and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Supply) to shape regional GTM strategy.
- Represent the company at marquee regional events to establish brand credibility in APAC environmental markets.
- Feed regional insights back into the company to inform localization and product priorities.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying closing role with 100%+ attainment.
- Proven experience running complex, multi-stakeholder deals with large APAC enterprises (1,000+ employees).
- Direct experience selling into Japanese trading houses (sōgō shōsha).
- Domain knowledge of carbon markets (voluntary/compliance) and corporate climate claims.
- Experience as a 0-to-1 builder who can create deal flow from scratch in an emerging category.
- Must be based in Singapore.
Nice to have
- Japanese language fluency (business proficiency).
- Existing network of sustainability leaders across APAC.
- Experience with environmental commodities like VPPAs, RECs, e-SAF, or I-RECs.
- Background in ESG reporting software, climate finance, or sustainability consulting.
- Experience at a Series A–D company shaping GTM motions.
