What you will do

  • Maintain a positive and consistent rapport with assigned enterprise clients to ensure long-term retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for problem resolution and service-side relationship management.
  • Manage client escalations and provide oversight for project delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal relationship managers and operational teams to ensure all paperwork and arrangements are executed.
  • Ensure clients are properly serviced according to their specific operational needs.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong aptitude for analyzing and solving complex problems.
  • Location: Must be based in Singapore
