What you will do
- Maintain a positive and consistent rapport with assigned enterprise clients to ensure long-term retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for problem resolution and service-side relationship management.
- Manage client escalations and provide oversight for project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal relationship managers and operational teams to ensure all paperwork and arrangements are executed.
- Ensure clients are properly serviced according to their specific operational needs.
Requirements
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong aptitude for analyzing and solving complex problems.
- Location: Must be based in Singapore
