What you will do

• Lead strategic cross-functional projects to enhance performance and decision-making within the People & Culture team.
• Design and implement organizational strategies aligned with future business capabilities.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer and the People Leadership Team on strategic priorities.
• Build strong relationships across various departments and seniority levels internationally.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting or strategy/business development with a proven record of impact.
• Hands-on experience implementing or using AI projects and tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Munich office.
