TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Sales/AI): Generating sales opportunities and scaling the customer base in the DACH region with an accent on value-based selling and prospect research. Focus on conducting outbound campaigns, identifying client needs, and partnering with the sales team to build a pipeline.

Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany (3 days in office, 2 days from home)

What you will do

  • Develop professional skills in value-based selling, big data, and AI.
  • Conduct account and prospect research to design and execute compelling outreach campaigns.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications using personalized emails, cold calling, and social selling.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to define territory strategy and increase pipeline adoption.
  • Identify client needs and convert conversations into qualified sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of work experience (or strong evidence of achievement).
  • Determination to succeed and a genuine interest in big data and AI.
  • Strong active listening and questioning skills for phone and in-person interactions.
  • Fluency in English and German (minimum C1 proficiency in both).
  • Ability to work from the Munich office on a hybrid basis.
