Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Shape and launch new financial capabilities with leadership, operations, compliance, partnerships, and engineering teams.
• Translate business needs, operational workflows, and strategic goals into product requirements and execution plans.
• Partner with engineers on product design, technical tradeoffs, implementation sequencing, and delivery.
• Define APIs, workflows, operational tooling, and user experiences across financial products.
• Identify opportunities for new product lines, operational efficiencies, and market expansion.
• Contribute to business cases, market sizing, pricing, go-to-market thinking, and commercial viability assessments.

Requirements

• Strong product and business judgment, including prioritization, tradeoff evaluation, and structured problem-solving.
• Technical fluency with APIs, workflows, system dependencies, backend and infrastructure teams, and product requirements.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical engineers, commercial stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Ability to operate across multiple financial domains and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Commercial curiosity and interest in how financial products create value, manage risk, and support company positioning.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, trading, or financial services.
• Exposure to regulated environments or backend-heavy products.
• Background in consulting, startups, strategy, operations, or technical product management.
• Experience building 0-to-1 products or new business initiatives.
