What you will do

• Develop and execute the comprehensive market entry strategy, including regulatory setup and growth planning.
• Secure necessary insurance licenses and ensure full compliance with local regulatory standards.
• Build and negotiate commercial partnerships with insurers and ecosystem players to develop a competitive product lineup.
• Lead the platform launch and drive rapid product iteration in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Establish high-performance operating processes and reporting structures to achieve growth metrics.
• Represent the company to regulators, partners, and media while building a high-performing local team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth technology companies.
• Demonstrated success in managing commercial performance, revenue growth, and complex partnerships.
• Strong leadership capability with experience building and managing cross-functional teams.
• Highly analytical, execution-focused mindset suitable for fast-paced, high-intensity environments.
• Understanding of the Taiwan insurance market, regulatory environment, and distribution landscape is a plus.
