What you will do
- Execute the Taiwan market entry strategy, including regulatory setup and growth planning.
- Manage the process of obtaining necessary regulatory licenses and approvals.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurers, underwriting partners, and ecosystem players.
- Negotiate commercial partnerships and develop a competitive product lineup.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to launch the platform and optimize product-market fit.
- Build and lead a high-performing team with an ownership culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth tech companies.
- Proven track record in managing commercial performance, revenue growth, and partnerships.
- Strong leadership experience in building and managing cross-functional teams.
- Highly analytical and execution-focused mindset for high-intensity environments.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Taipei, Taiwan.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a regulated insurance environment.
- Understanding of the Taiwan insurance market, regulatory environment, and distribution landscape.
