What you will do

• Lead and drive realization of planned results, monitor customer satisfaction, and manage escalations.
• Analyze and advise on business optimization and organizational development opportunities.

• Lead and manage a high-performing team, ensuring achievement of KPIs and operational HR management.
• Build and maintain a network of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and feedback.
• Manage knowledge and information flow to optimize processes and initiate new ways of working.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Hsinchu, Taiwan for onsite work
• Extensive experience in operations management and leadership in complex customer-facing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership ability with at least 2 years of experience leading teams.
• Strong people skills and ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
