What you will do

• Own full site UIR operations including install, upgrade, and relocation activities.
• Lead execution from readiness through installation to closure ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Manage site manpower allocation and ensure skill readiness aligned with project demands.
• Act as the single operational contact for customers and internal teams, managing expectations and escalations.
• Lead site-level risk assessment and drive mitigation actions with cross-functional coordination.
• Lead and develop the team, driving skill development and engagement.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tainan, Taiwan
• Science and Engineering background.
• 3+ years experience as group leader.
• Customer interface experience.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology per US Export Administration Regulations
