What you will do

• Manage end-to-end After Sales accounts and serve as the primary holistic client relationship manager.
• Oversee the implementation of contractual agreements and manage claims post-project handover.
• Ensure O&M contracts are valid, complete, and profitable throughout the operational period.
• Coordinate with Service and Global departments to resolve commercial and operational customer concerns.
• Monitor service performance and drive improvements in organizational efficiency.
• Manage customer invoicing and minimize outstanding payments in cooperation with Accounts Receivables.

Requirements

• Proven experience in After Sales management or client relationship management within the energy or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of O&M contracts, financial business cases, and claims management.
• Ability to coordinate technical issues such as turbine underperformance and retrofits with cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from Taipei City, Taiwan.
• Proficiency in English is required for global coordination.
