Salary: $100,000–$150,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of active customer accounts as the primary relationship lead.
  • Onboard new customers to ensure strong platform adoption and revenue ramp.
  • Analyze usage and buying patterns to drive increases in order frequency and spend.
  • Execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow incremental revenue.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to resolve customer issues and root causes.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews focusing on performance metrics and expansion.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or commercial client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Tech-savvy background in IT hardware, SaaS, or IT services ecosystems.
  • Strong operational instincts and ability to solve problems cross-functionally.
  • Ability to handle both strategic high-level conversations and tactical execution.
  • Location: Must be based in New York for hybrid work
