Salary: $100,000–$150,000 OTE

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of active customer accounts as the primary relationship lead.
- Onboard new customers to ensure strong platform adoption and revenue ramp.
- Analyze usage and buying patterns to drive increases in order frequency and spend.
- Execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow incremental revenue.
- Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to resolve customer issues and root causes.
- Conduct strategic business reviews focusing on performance metrics and expansion.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or commercial client-facing roles.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Tech-savvy background in IT hardware, SaaS, or IT services ecosystems.
- Strong operational instincts and ability to solve problems cross-functionally.
- Ability to handle both strategic high-level conversations and tactical execution.
- Location: Must be based in New York for hybrid work
