What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of growth customers with full responsibility for renewals and expansion revenue.
  • Manage the end-to-end post-sales commercial lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer usage and evolving business needs.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Solutions, and Sales teams to ensure customers realize platform value.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, value articulation, and discovery conversations.
  • Maintain accurate account plans and forecasts within CRM and GTM tooling.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • 2–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong commercial mindset with comfort discussing value, growth, and pricing.
  • Technical curiosity regarding GTM tooling, data flows, and integrations.
  • Ability to manage a large book of accounts with a proactive, organized approach.
  • Resilience and grit in navigating complex deal ownership.
