What you will do
- Own a portfolio of growth customers with full responsibility for renewals and expansion revenue.
- Manage the end-to-end post-sales commercial lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer usage and evolving business needs.
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions, and Sales teams to ensure customers realize platform value.
- Lead commercial negotiations, value articulation, and discovery conversations.
- Maintain accurate account plans and forecasts within CRM and GTM tooling.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 2–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within B2B SaaS.
- Strong commercial mindset with comfort discussing value, growth, and pricing.
- Technical curiosity regarding GTM tooling, data flows, and integrations.
- Ability to manage a large book of accounts with a proactive, organized approach.
- Resilience and grit in navigating complex deal ownership.
