Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Sunway office in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

What you will do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans, including pricing, forecasting, and market research.
  • Lead and synergize sales and marketing efforts to ensure teams overachieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including contractors, consultants, and engineers.
  • Identify opportunities for custom product design and material improvements to lower costs and increase productivity.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage project funnels and track customer action plans.
  • Ensure full compliance with legislative requirements and company commercial policies.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil or Building Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales, construction, or building materials.
  • Technical product knowledge in construction accessories and a strong industry network.
  • Ability to lead commercial teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Must be able to travel within Malaysia as required by the role.
  • Exposure to a multinational work environment.
