Location: Hybrid in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (average 4 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary day-to-day representative for the agency and the client to ensure all deliverables are met.
  • Build and maintain robust client relationships and collaborate with the Account Director on marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with creative teams to ensure development is on strategy and meets client expectations.
  • Manage overall account budgets and profitability, including monthly internal reconciliations.
  • Monitor competitive activities and help clients evaluate the effectiveness of advertising programs.
  • Keep senior management informed of account activity and development.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience within an advertising agency or related industry.
  • Ability to present and sell agency thinking and creative work.
  • Solid project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of agency functional areas from strategy development to finished production.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
