Account Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Canvass for new accounts in financial institutions, government, and corporate segments.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and presentation to contract negotiation and execution.
• Implement Action Sales Plans and drive new product and service launches.
• Manage and grow existing key accounts to optimize profits and ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with IT and clients to implement back-end integration projects.
• Represent the company at events, conferences, and seminars.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for high-level client engagement.
• Ability to lead complex deals by integrating business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts.
• Experience interacting with C-suite and senior management.
