What you will do

• Lead a business vertical, ensuring the professional, profitable, and successful delivery of all programmes and projects.
• Contribute to strategic planning and organizational maturity as a core member of the leadership team.
• Oversee operational and financial performance, acting as the primary escalation point for project issues and crisis management.
• Line-manage and mentor Project Managers and cross-functional teams of 15-20 people.
• Serve as a senior client-facing delivery lead to ensure confidence in programme execution and support new client onboarding.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and lead resource planning across the vertical to ensure optimal utilization.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing projects involving branding, digital (web, app, CRM), and motion.
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate scope and finances.
• Deep understanding of agency workflow and the ability to articulate project management methodologies.
• Proven track record in crisis management and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience effectively managing project teams of 15-20 people.
• Advanced proficiency in project planning software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Must be based in the UK

Nice to have

• Formal project management training or certification (e.g., Prince2 or Agile).
• Experience within the medcomms or healthcare industry.
