What you will do

• Own and maintain the end-to-end programme plan, ensuring clear alignment across product, engineering, data, and design teams.
• Translate strategy into structured, executable plans and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Identify and resolve risks and delivery blockers proactively to keep the initiative on track.
• Establish a strong operating cadence, including planning cycles and performance reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to support effective execution at the sprint level.
• Apply AI tools to automate reporting, structure plans, and reduce coordination overhead.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading cross-functional programmes in product-led, digital environments.
• Strong track record of turning ambiguous strategy into clear, structured plans.
• Practical understanding of software delivery in an Agile environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
• Experience managing dependencies across internal squads and external suppliers.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid capacity from Cossington or London.
