What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers and Business Analysts.
• Develop and implement the organization's programme of transformational projects aligned with corporate strategy and long-term goals.
• Oversee the planning and execution of projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Implement and evolve project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformational projects through robust management strategies.
• Manage productive partnerships with suppliers and engage with key executive stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Experience in business transformation and complex project management.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in programme management across the entire change lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or able to regularly visit the Dundee office (Hybrid).
