What you will do

• Accountable for all delivery across the programme, tracking dependencies and maintaining programme-level plans.
• Analyze and overcome programme risks while producing accurate reports for management and stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce organizational standards for satisfaction, quality, and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage resource plans and fulfill staffing requests internally or externally.
• Collaborate with clients to translate their vision into a successful programme of work and implement governance.
• Oversee third-party vendors and provide guidance/line management to project managers.

Requirements

• Location: Based in London with ability to work hybrid (4 days/week in office).
• Schedule: Ability to work US hours (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (C1+).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software application development project management.
• Proven track record in ecommerce migration/re-platforming and managing teams of 20+ people.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and experience moving teams from Waterfall to Agile.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, release management, and infrastructure (Cloud/On-prem).

Nice to have

• Experience with the Magento eCommerce platform.
• Developer background or a programming qualification.
• Knowledge of Azure and AWS DevOps Tooling.
• BA/BS degree in information management, marketing, communications, or business.
