What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end ADG program portfolio from feasibility review to final production delivery.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between ADG, Technology, and Show teams.
• Oversee project milestones, schedules, and resource allocation in partnership with PMO and HODs.
• Maintain financial governance, time-tracking, and documentation for all program workstreams.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for risks, dependencies, and technical blockers.
• Support the adoption of realtime and AI capabilities through training and methodology development.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom to support hybrid operations.
• Proven experience in program management within a technical or production environment.
• Strong ability to manage executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with roadmap delivery, financial governance, and resource management.
• Understanding of realtime technologies and AI adoption in production pipelines.
• Ability to act as a point of escalation and mitigate complex project risks.
