What you will do
- Lead medium-to-complex global programmes, owning delivery health, programme vision, and integrated outcomes across studios, functions, and geographies.
- Set and track KPIs, produce programme status reporting, manage risks/issues, and implement corrective action plans.
- Own commercial performance including account gross profit, scenario planning, revenue forecasting, and financial performance discussions with executive stakeholders.
- Drive technology- and people-led transformation programmes by mapping dependencies, timelines, and interdependencies across workstreams.
- Design commercially viable solutions integrating people, technology, and process; partner on solution packaging and client proposals.
- Oversee resource scheduling, RACI frameworks, team capability building, and leadership/mentoring to scale programme delivery.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading global programme delivery across large, multi-studio portfolios in complex organisational environments.
- Strong programme/project management expertise: governance, risk management, delivery health, and coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Advanced commercial acumen with direct accountability for budgets at £10m+ scale, including GP ownership and revenue/financial forecasting.
- Experience leading and developing geographically distributed teams and managing executive-level client relationships and escalations.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes across technology, people, and process change.
- Fluency with delivery management platforms and operational tools (including OMG and Agile/Scrum); familiarity with automation and AI platforms is required.
