What you will do

• Lead end-to-end programme delivery for finance-focused technology initiatives from initiation to closure.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to align technology programmes with strategic business outcomes.
• Establish and maintain robust programme governance, including planning, reporting, and risk management.
• Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring effective management of dependencies and resources.
• Provide clear, accurate reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Manage financial oversight, including budgets, forecasts, and benefits tracking.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or able to work from the Stirling office.
• Strong understanding of finance operating models, financial processes, or finance change initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead complex technology programmes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working within Corporate Functions and regulated environments.
• Strong governance, risk, dependency, and control awareness.
• Proficiency in managing project and programme budgets.
