What you will do

  • Run the entire sales cycle from qualification to close for SMB prospects in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Develop and execute strategies for sustained, long-term success within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Manage a high-velocity pipeline and forecast business outcomes with accuracy.
  • Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to build smarter systems and improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to the high-energy culture of the Sydney office and support peer success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in SaaS or Martech.
  • Proven track record in new logo acquisition and managing deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia without restrictions.
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Command of the Message.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Clari.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency and a proactive approach to using new technology.
