What you will do
- Own outbound prospecting efforts to build pipeline for the upmarket segment.
- Identify and engage strategic accounts using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Nav.
- Develop and execute multi-channel sequences to maximize outreach efficiency.
- Coordinate meetings on Account Executive calendars and maintain accurate activity logs.
- Handle objections gracefully and serve as a strong brand representative.
Requirements
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a pipeline-generating sales role.
- Must be able to commute to the Sydney office 3 days per week.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset suitable for a scaling startup.
- Ability to demonstrate curiosity and sound judgment in applying AI to improve efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with 6Sense or ZoomInfo.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
