What you will do
- Drive outbound prospecting and generate Sales Accepted Opportunities across the APAC region.
- Develop new sales qualified leads through strategic phone and email outreach targeting the Ideal Customer Profile.
- Consistently meet daily activity metrics including call volume, talk time, and email outreach targets.
- Leverage tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and SalesLoft to build and execute effective outreach campaigns.
- Cultivate relationships with mid-market and enterprise prospects to schedule demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and contribute to market feedback loops for ICP refinement.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sydney and able to work in a hybrid office environment.
- 1+ years of experience in a corporate or B2B sales setting.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce is required.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a strong phone presence.
- Ability to work autonomously as the sole SDR while collaborating with the local sales pod.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Outreach, Nooks, Gong, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- College degree or equivalent professional experience.
