TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Drive outbound prospecting and generate Sales Accepted Opportunities across the APAC region.
  • Develop new sales qualified leads through strategic phone and email outreach targeting the Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Consistently meet daily activity metrics including call volume, talk time, and email outreach targets.
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and SalesLoft to build and execute effective outreach campaigns.
  • Cultivate relationships with mid-market and enterprise prospects to schedule demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and contribute to market feedback loops for ICP refinement.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sydney and able to work in a hybrid office environment.
  • 1+ years of experience in a corporate or B2B sales setting.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is required.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a strong phone presence.
  • Ability to work autonomously as the sole SDR while collaborating with the local sales pod.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Outreach, Nooks, Gong, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • College degree or equivalent professional experience.
