TL;DR
Business Development Representative (Legal AI): Driving interest in 's product offerings through outbound prospecting and lead qualification with an accent on consultative sales and high-velocity outbound activity. Focus on identifying key leads, conducting high-volume cold-calls, and collaborating with Account Executives to grow the customer base.
Location: Hybrid. Candidates must be local to Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, or Sydney, with an expectation to be in the office at least twice per week.
Salary: 61,600 CAD base + 26,400 CAD commission

What you will do
- Perform outbound telephone-based prospecting, averaging 65-100 cold-calls per day to qualify leads.
- Collaborate directly with Account Executives to create qualified sales opportunities that drive revenue growth.
- Create product awareness and schedule demonstrations for prospective clients across various segments.
- Analyze assigned territories to develop unique solutions for uncovering prospects and generating leads.
- Consult prospects on their practice areas and technical requirements to demonstrate 's value proposition.
- Track and report all sales activities and KPIs using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience, including a proven track record in cold-calling.
- Strong passion for technology and cloud-based (SaaS) products.
- Competitive mindset and a commitment to continuous professional improvement.
- Keen interest in utilizing AI to enhance sales craft and efficiency.

- Prior sales experience and training at a leading tech or IT company.
