Salary: $98,000 – $130,000

What you will do

• Own survey and performance management platforms end-to-end, including configuration, troubleshooting, and feature rollout.
• Manage project management hygiene, task tracking, and milestone visibility for the PBP team.
• Drive adoption of AI tooling to reduce manual effort and improve functional efficiency across the People team.
• Execute operational programs such as MBR logistics, engagement surveys, and headcount planning workflows.
• Develop workflows and playbooks to support business units through organizational change.
• Align employee lifecycle workflows with People Ops to ensure consistency and seamless handoffs.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.
• Experience in HR program management or people operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex systems, tools, and operational workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership over end-to-end processes.
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly across People Business Partners and People Ops teams.
