What you will do

  • Own and optimize the Ashby ATS, including workflow configuration, automation, and reporting architecture.
  • Build and maintain recruiter capacity models to translate hiring plans into resource allocation.
  • Design and deliver analytics dashboards that inform recruiting strategy for leadership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and tooling enhancements to increase efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Partner with Finance, People, and IT to ensure data consistency across the talent technology stack.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, people analytics, or a systems-heavy operational role.
  • Demonstrated ATS ownership and experience designing scalable workflows in high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured solutions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to influence stakeholders and drive system adoption.
  • Must be located in Chicago.
