Location: Hybrid in Singapore (Raffles Place), 3 days in office

What you will do

  • Identify and develop new client opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Prepare and deliver professional pitches and presentations to prospective institutional clients.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure high standards of service.
  • Represent the company at regional marketing events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global internal stakeholders in operations, risk, and technology for seamless client onboarding.
  • Contribute to sales materials, pipeline reporting, and market intelligence.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in institutional financial services, preferably in prime brokerage, capital markets, or institutional sales.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets and a desire to build a career in institutional sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with high-level clients.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex financial products and solutions.
  • Must be based in Singapore to support the local office presence.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Asian languages.
  • An existing professional network within the Asia-Pacific financial community.
