What you will do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive paid social strategy aligned with overall digital marketing goals.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing paid social team, defining roles and processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management across Meta, TikTok, X, and Snapchat.
  • Drive a full-funnel paid social approach for both web and app ecosystems, spanning awareness to retention.
  • Establish KPIs, analytics frameworks, and attribution models to measure performance and ROI.
  • Manage significant budgets across multiple markets and brands, ensuring optimal allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in paid social/performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling paid social programs from the ground up.
  • Hands-on expertise with Conversions API (CAPI) and MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring and developing performance marketing talent.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets and player behavior.
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions.
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies.
