What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive paid social strategy aligned with overall digital marketing goals.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing paid social team, defining roles and processes.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management across Meta, TikTok, X, and Snapchat.
- Drive a full-funnel paid social approach for both web and app ecosystems, spanning awareness to retention.
- Establish KPIs, analytics frameworks, and attribution models to measure performance and ROI.
- Manage significant budgets across multiple markets and brands, ensuring optimal allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in paid social/performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling paid social programs from the ground up.
- Hands-on expertise with Conversions API (CAPI) and MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring and developing performance marketing talent.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets and player behavior.
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions.
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies.
