What you will do

• Steer clients through every aspect of social activation, building collaborative and high-trust relationships.
• Coordinate the pipeline of social content across multiple sources, including UGC and influencers.
• Collaborate with strategy, data, insights, and creative teams to deliver connected brand experiences.
• Present complex proposals, status updates, and performance reports to senior clients and internal teams.
• Apply native understanding of platforms like LinkedIn and TikTok to guide and inspire clients.
• Act as a social guardian, ensuring the brand identity is consistently represented across different tones and formats.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing social media activity for major global brands.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, emerging trends, and evolving technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
