What you will do
- Lead cross-channel growth strategy and structured testing across Paid Social, Affiliate, and emerging channels to prove incrementality.
- Own hands-on activation and performance delivery in-platform for Meta and TikTok, including measurement approaches such as conversion lift studies.
- Drive creative excellence by developing and optimizing creative templates based on audience insights and platform behaviors.
- Unlock new affiliate growth by identifying and testing new affiliate partners beyond traditional comparison sites.
- Shape the channel roadmap by documenting learnings, codifying best practice, and sharing insights across teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of direct experience managing multi-million-pound budgets in paid social media.
- Advanced paid social expertise, especially across Meta and TikTok, including audience strategy, creative optimization, and advanced measurement (conversion lift, incrementality testing).
- Strong creative judgment to guide and optimize assets across audiences, formats, and funnel stages.
- Performance marketing experience interpreting data, diagnosing issues, and driving measurable commercial results.
- Experience testing and optimizing across channels such as PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, and affiliate partnerships.

Salary: £61,344 - £68,160
