What you will do

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid social campaigns end-to-end across Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok, linking in-platform activity to downstream acquisition metrics.
  • Own campaign pacing, budgets, and bid strategies to reduce CAC and grow first trade (FT) volumes.
  • Build and manage audience segmentation using IG’s CDP (first-party activation, suppression lists, lookalikes) and ensure audience feeds are accurate and compliant.
  • Own pixel and conversion tracking in CM360 (Floodlight tags and tracking events), QA tracking, and configure Conversions API (CAPI) integrations for improved attribution.
  • Create performance dashboards in Looker Studio using Funnel.io (or equivalent) and use AI tools to automate reporting and surface insights faster.
  • Run a structured test-and-learn program across creatives, audiences, bidding, and landing pages, iterating with the Celtra-powered creative team.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on paid social experience focused on performance and customer acquisition (not brand awareness or organic social).
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing paid social budgets on Meta and at least two of: Reddit, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, with results measured against CAC (or equivalent acquisition KPIs).
  • Strong command of campaign structure, audience targeting, and bidding mechanics, including activating first-party audiences via a CDP (or similar).
  • Experience implementing and QA’ing conversion tracking in CM360, including Floodlight tag setup and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Conversions API (CAPI) integrations on one or more paid social platforms.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to automate or improve reporting workflows, with data literacy to build reliable, repeatable processes.
