Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain

What you will do

  • Personally close high-value partnership deals across UK, Middle East, Africa, Poland, and South-Eastern Europe.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a cross-market team of Partnership Account Executives.
  • Define and execute the partnerships go-to-market strategy aligned with regional growth priorities.
  • Recruit and develop a robust partner ecosystem including resellers, affiliates, and technology partners.
  • Create commercial infrastructure such as onboarding plans, marketing development plans, and enablement frameworks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR, Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven personal closing track record.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams within matrix structures.
  • Direct experience operating in B2B SaaS within UK&I, Middle East, Poland, Africa, or South-Eastern/Central-Eastern Europe.
  • Fluent English is a must, with additional languages from RoW markets considered a strong asset.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
  • Strong expertise in channel sales, reseller networks, and indirect sales strategies.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of HR tech, SaaS, or Payroll environments.
  • Experience leading partnerships or channel sales teams across multiple markets.
  • Skilled in using AI to manage and analyze sales pipelines.
