What you will do

• Provide technical expertise in the installation, deployment, and configuration of routers and wireless network equipment.
• Act as the first line of support for global enterprise customers via voice calls, emails, and tickets.
• Take full ownership of incident resolution for network support matters according to established SLAs.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and communicate technical resolutions clearly to customers.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation associated with implemented networks.
• Collaborate with international network support engineers across different time zones to resolve system malfunctions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IP networking fundamentals and routing protocols.
• Proven problem-solving skills for network connectivity issues.
• Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work shifts (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), including possible Saturdays and Sundays.
• Willingness to take end-to-end ownership of customer issues.

Nice to have

• Cisco or Juniper certifications.
• Knowledge of Peplink and HP Aruba switching.
• Experience with WiFi products (e.g., Extreme).
• Proficiency in Spanish.
