What you will do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls
• Deploy and troubleshoot security protocols across the network platform
• Develop and refine network and security configuration documentation for customers
• Provide end-user training on implemented solutions
• Assist in developing and automating delivery methodologies

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship Required
• 2+ years of experience in Information Technology delivery or support
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
• Knowledge of network security fundamentals, including segmentation and access control
• Exposure to network automation concepts such as APIs and scripting

• JNICA-Junos / JNCIA-Mist certifications
• CompTIA Network+ certification
